Lloyd's insurer Hardy Underwriting Group, which holds a 23.6% stake in Atrium Underwriting, has revealed it does not plan to make a bid for Atrium.
A Hardy statement said: "Following recent movements in the Atrium share price Hardy wishes to clarify its
position with regard to its holding in Atrium and confirms that it has no present intention of making a bid."
