Hastings Direct aims to recruit another 100 new jobs as it guns for a £500m flotation next year.
The total number of job roles vacant is 200.
Hastings Direct has job places in a variety of functions including sales, customer operations, customer experience, marketing, IT, claims, underwriting, facilities and management information departments.
Over half of the roles are customer facing areas. Hastings Direct sells motor, bike, van and household insurance to the public.
