Former Independent Insurance sales and marketing director Andy Hawkes has left St Paul International Insurance after a brief stint as research manager.
Hawkes will join Rarrigini & Rosso as managing director of core business. R&R owns broker support system 24-7.
He will start his new job on 11 March.
His appointment came as Glen McCully was promoted to sales director of group sales at 24-7.
McCully will be responsible for sales of the company's entire product range to brokers.
Hawkes was one of Independent's directors at the time of the insurance company's collapse in June.
A source said he would be a "key driver in continuing the rapid growth of R&R's core business product offering to the broker market".
