HCC Insurance Holdings has received regulatory and Lloyd's approval for its acquisition of a 23.6% shareholding in Heritage Underwriting Agency.
It has closed the transaction for an undisclosed cash consideration.
Heritage is a listed Lloyd's agency that manages Syndicates 1200 and 3245, which underwrite property insurance and professional indemnity.
