Health for Industry, the healthcare benefits consultancy, has announced the acquisition of Integra Healthcare Ltd.
The company will remain under the leadership of Paul Brantingham, managing director of Integra Healthcare.

Integra Healthcare specialises in providing advice and broking services for corporate medical insurance and income protection.
Healthcare for Industry is part of the Bermuda-based Primary Group, an insurance distribution corporation.
