Healthcare benefits consultancy Health for Industry has bought £25m GWP Working Partners (UK) Ltd.
The purchase adds occupational health, sickness absence management, private medical insurance, self-managed trusts and income replacement specialisation to Health for Industry's portfolio.
Health for Industry joint managing director Christopher Claridge-Ware said: "In September 2003 we purchased Integra Healthcare. Working Partners is very similar in that we have known the company for many years.
"Working Partners has many high profile clients and has proved very successful in providing high quality advice on a multiplicity of products and services."
All members of staff at Working Partners will remain under the stewardship of joint directors Alan Atkinson and Martin Harvey.
