Legal & General Insurance has developed a health cash plan for sale by brokers and intermediaries.
The Essentials plan provides cash benefits for a range of health treatments, including optical and dental care, alternative medicine, maternity/paternity care, day-care surgery and in-patient care.
Brokers are offered a commission of 40% of the first year's premium and 10% at renewal. Essentials has three levels of cover starting from 40p per day.
