Heath Lambert Group has announced a series of appointments to relaunch its property portfolio division.
Heath Lambert said a new team has been appointed to target the regional markets.
Following the appointment of Martin Bewsey as deputy chairman with responsibility for new business, the broker has announced the appointment of Doug Bell as client servicing director, and Mike Etches as broking technical director.
A number of senior staff have also been brought into the division from elsewhere in Heath Lambert, including Graham White and John Dunn as senior account executives and Ann Monahan as operations director.
Heath Lambert said it would accelerate plans for national expansion of the group's property portfolio expertise from its London base to other parts of the UK.
David Rudman, Mark Slater and Steve Maggs, have been appointed to head up the business development activities of the property portfolio division's Northern, Midlands and Southern regional operations.
