Heath Lambert Construction has been appointed broker to UK construction firm Bowmer and Kirkland.
It won the contract from incumbent Aon following a conceptual tendering exercise.
Bowmer and Kirkland offers construction services across a number of sectors including accommodation, commercial, distribution and health, leisure and retail.
Lindsay Stevenson, managing director of Heath Lambert Construction, said: "This is the latest in a series of major UK appointments as we expand our influence in the local construction market."
