Helphire Group plc is to move into new offices in to house the Group head office and call centre capacity.
The refurbishment will cost £13m and will enable the group to accommodate its operations in the Bath area.
Helphire said that the claims handling capacity of the Group would be doubled when the new premises are fully operational.
Helphire Group chief executive Mark Jackson said: "The new building creates the opportunity to house all our major operational units under one roof which will facilitate the maintenance of high service standards during this period of rapid growth. It is a very exciting development."
