Motor accident insurance company Helphire has reported a strong first four months with volumes on target and gross margins slightly up.
Executive chairman Michael Symons said, ahead of the group annual general meeting, that volumes had been maintained thanks to an increased level of referrals from existing sources and a rise in the number of new accounts.
Credit repair also increased, with a 40% increase in like-for-like repair cases.
Symons also reported that car hire rates had jumped 4% since July, with a 50% rise in Helphire legal division over the past 12 months.
Helphire's One Call claims handling service also showed strong growth, with more than 6,000 claims handled in July this year.
