Acquisition will bolt-on to existing Henderson office

Acquisitive insurance broker Henderson has snapped up north Lincolnshire broker PG Bradley & Co.

Commercial broker PG Bradley, which has £2.5m gross written premium, will bolt on to Henderson’s existing business in the area, which now handles £20m GWP.

All staff and business from PG Bradley, which has been trading in the region since 1966, has transferred to Henderson.

Chief executive of Leeds-based Henderson, Joe Henderson, said: “This profile of acquisition complements existing offices. We have a number in the pipeline.”

Meanwhile, Henderson has swooped for two former Oval staffers. Richard Towler has joined as director of new business broking, and will be joined by Corinna Aston.
