Motor insurer Highway has made its commercial vehicle product, CV Choice, available to brokers through a deal with Misys and Software Solutions Partners (SSP).
Under the deal Misys and SSP users will produce 70% of Highway's small commercial vehicle business.
Highway claims 126 brokers have been given access to the system, with a further 600 given access in the near future.
Highway marketing and special projects manager Michael Lawrence said: "The launch of full cycle EDI for CV Choice with Misys and SSP continues Highway's strategy of conducting as much of our business as possible using electronic trading. We are also working with other software houses and will be announcing additional facilities shortly.
"We are committed to providing brokers with the products they need to place business efficiently and profitably. CV Choice offers their customers a quality insurance product at a competitive price."
