Insurer hires regional heads for Manchester, Scotland and Ireland
Hiscox has appointed Bill Guiney as regional manager for Manchester and Hannah Hosking as regional manager for Scotland and Ireland.
In his previous roles at Eagle Star and Zurich, Guiney managed a team of underwriters and their regional network of national brokers.
Hosking began her career in broking at Aon and most recently managed a team of over 100 staff at Axa.
Both will report to Ross Dingwall, sales director, Hiscox UK & Ireland, who said: “The appointment of Bill Guiney and Hannah Hosking strengthens the existing UK regional management team.
"Their combined wealth of experience and local knowledge will enhance our ability to deliver growth for Hiscox and its partners. These locations are strategically important to Hiscox and both Bill and Hannah are looking forward to working with our broker partners to build on the success we have enjoyed to date.”
