HML Marketing has launched a professional indemnity facility to cover professional indemnity risks, specialist D&O liability and employment practices liability.

The facility would be administered by insure-commercial, said HML, which would give the facility access to the Lloyd's market.

HML said its professional indemnity team could provide quotes from a broker's preferred insurer, or search for quotes from a number of appropriate syndicates.

Commission levels would be advised at the time of the quotation, said HML, with some quotes on a net basis, in which case brokers would be free to set their own level of commission.

The facility is open to all HML appointed brokers, with proposal forms available through the company's website from mid-August.

Chas Riley from HML Marketing said: “The combination of HML's distribution and customer service skills and insure-commercial's experience and access to Lloyd's markets and specialist professional idemnity insurers means we can offer highly competitive quotes quickly and easily.

“The provision of D&O and employment practices liability cover is a great asset to our network of brokers, as compensation claims linked with these two areas are increasingly significant.”
