The biggest ever legal action against the holiday industry has been launched after 1,500 allegedly went down with food poisoning in Spain.
A claim expected to run into millions of pounds is underway against eight different tour operators.
Law firm Irwin Mitchell has taken instructions from more than 600 British holiday makers who say they fell ill after staying in the Beach Club Hotel, Torremolinos.
Another 900 have sought advice after problems surfaced in November.
Tour operators involved include Thomson, Cosmos and JMC.
Thomson said food and water tests cleared the resort for this summer.
