R3:Group has added cover for home repairs to its Managed Services product range. R3 intermediates between underwriters and affinity groups.
The Home Emergency product provides cover for repairs arising from events such as burst or blocked pipes through to the removal of wasp nests and is underwritten by Hiscox Scheme Solutions department (part of Hiscox Insurance).
R3:Managed Services is a range of products and services specifically designed for distribution by estate agents and IFAs. The current product range includes a variety of financial services products such as home insurance and mortgage payment protection insurance as well as a number of non-financial services products such as discounted telephony, electricity and gas.
