HSA has appointed FirstAssist to provide its free customer helpline service. The HSA helplines provide free counselling and advice on a variety of topics, including stress, tax, legal, travel, health and fitness, domestic and parenting.
The helplines complement HSA's core product which provides benefits that pay towards the cost of everyday healthcare.
HSA spokesman Elias Elia commented: "Our helplines provide an important added value benefit to HSA contributors."
He explained that FirstAssist was chosen because "it was essential that we appointed a company that could handle the quantity of calls and meet our stringent service levels".
