IGI has purchased pet insurance specialists Pedigree Livestock Insurance Ltd.
Corporate finance advisers Tenon Livingstone Guarantee researched and advised on the sale on behalf of Pedigree, finding buyers within Nottingham where both companies are based.
Pedigree's Terry Brown commented: "It is pleasing that a deal has been agreed that keeps the business in Nottingham and enables the staff to continue in employment without relocation."
