The Insurance Institute of London has postponed its aviation lecture, titled "The Safety of Airlines", due to the unavailability of the key speaker.
The IIL said Captain George Snyder Jnr, the senior vice president of safety and security for Korean Air, was unable to make the trip to England at the end of January.
The lecture had been scheduled for Tuesday, 29 January 2002 in the Lloyd's Old Library, 1 Lime Street, EC3.
The IIL said it hoped to present the lecture at a later date.
