Independent Service has launched a new web portal for its manufacturing customers and engineers.
The web portal offers real time reporting for service calls, an open management platform, diagnostic reports, parts identification and ordering facilities.
Julian Hunter-Jones, business development manager at Independent Service, commented: “We wanted to offer both our clients and engineers an automated interface that represents a dramatic change in the service we offer and support we will be providing,”
