Independent Insurance's liquidators PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) will put its offer to brokers on the web on Wednesday 5 June.
Liquidator Dan Schwarzmann met the group of representative brokers this morning to iron out the details of the return of premium and commission deal.
He said it was likely brokers would be given two weeks after its posting to accept or reject the deal.
Schwarzmann said he also planned to hold an information session in Birmingham to give brokers a chance to question him on the deal.
The deal will be posted on www.auroracsl.com.
