The trial at Southwark Crown Court has been postponed because one of the defendants has been hospitalised

The Indie trial has been adjourned after one of the defendants, Philip Condon, was hospitalised complaining of chest pains.

Condon is expected to remain in hospital overnight. Judge Rivlin, presiding over the case, said he expects witness testimony to continue tomorrow.

The trial has already been delayed once due to one of Condon’s hospital appointments.
