InFront Innovation awarded Investors in People Gold standard

Subsidence claims management company InFront Innovation has been awarded the Investors in People Gold standard.

To meet the standard, InFront gave every one of its 187 employees a personal development plan and went through a systematic exercise to make sure individuals were in the right roles with the right skills.

Its management team also underwent training to develop new behaviours, including coaching and mentoring skills.

Only 7% of organisations in the UK have reached this highest level of the accreditation.

Managing director Robert Sharpe said: “This is a phenomenal achievement, and I want to thank and congratulate the whole team. Their commitment not only means InFront is a great place to work, but also reflects our excellent performance in the marketplace, where our focus is to put customers at the heart of everything we do.”

InFront Innovation is part of the UK property division of Innovation Group.
