InsurE-com is to launch its internet-based back office system insur-E.tamCentral on 5 November, having already signed up its first brokers for the product.

Insur-E.tamCentral is based on the TAMCentral ASP solution used in the US and Canada over the past two years. InsurE-com said it was already in use at more than 600 intermediary sites, including Marsh.

The new system has been adopted by Bordengate Insurance and is understood to be under consideration by The Broker Network.

InsurE-com said the system was ideal for both acquisitive brokers and the formation of networks, as it offers a common platform, comes with Microsoft Office and can be accessed over a low specification internet connection.
