Cox Insurance company insure-shop has acquired K&M Lee Insurance and Warnell Insurance Brokers expanding its network to 22 branches.
Julie Ann Lee will be branch manager of Leicester-based K&M Lee while David Warnell manages the Essex office.
insure-shop operations director Mark Woods said: "We are delighted to have acquired these long established brokers.
"These acquisitions are part of our ongoing strategy to become one of the UK's leading high street brokers."
