A leading East Anglian commercial broker has signed up to Insurecom. The software house's tamPlus solution is proving increasingly popular among brokers.
The Waveney Group's commercial and IT manager, Mark Mitchell, said: “Insurecom was the obvious choice due to the flexibility of the system and extensive functionality available. We looked at other competitor offerings but they did not fully meet our requirements.
“Our experience of Insurecom has been excellent. Insurecom's training has been well presented and was a refreshing change from what we had experienced with previous software suppliers. The combination of classroom and online interactive training seems to work very well and allows us to carry on working around the sessions with the minimum of interruption.”
