Software house Insurecom has poached the lucrative Alexander Forbes account from rival Sirius.
Insurecom will now provide agency manager software to Alexander Forbes, the sixth largest UK broker in this year's Insurance Times Top 50.
The win is one of over 250 for Insurecom since the beginning of the year, which also includes the Stanmore Insurance account previously held by Misys.
Insurecom chief executive Philip Walter said: "This consistent month-on-month growth in Insurecom sales follows an increasing demand in the broker community for intuitive, highly efficient desktop insurance software systems.
"During the first half of the year we invested significantly in building business scalability into our support services and software development.
He added: "Insurecom has aggressive plans in place to expand the best product range in the market, and we have the financial resources to make it happen."
