Insurers could face large pay-outs after agreeing a £20,000 settlement in a school bullying case.
According to reports, a women sued Torfaen council in South Wales, over the effects that bullying at her school had on her life.
She claimed that seven years of bullying at St Peter's Church in Wales school had ruined her life.
The Local Government Association of Wales said the settlement should not be seen as a precedent.
Torfaen Council did not accept liability, the reports said.
