Knackered rapper Eminem could cost insurers millions by cancelling the European leg of his Anger Management tour.
Sources suggest that Lloyd's insurers have underwritten the controversial US star, who pulled out because of "exhaustion and other medical issues".
No replacement dates have been announced.
Eminem had lined up three big UK gigs at the Milton Keynes Bowl, Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh and Lancashire Cricket Ground.
Richard Higgs, underwriting manager with events specialists SLE Worldwide, said: "It's probable non- appearance cover would have been in place and the organisers would appear to have grounds to claim."
Commenting on news that supporting rapper 50 Cent has agreed to play on at another axed Eminem gig at Slane in Ireland, Higgs said: "Insurers are likely to welcome the fact he's stepping in. It could help reduce the size of any claim."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
