Insuresupermarket.com has launched a motor insurance comparison tool that offers users the chance to simultaneously search 20 insurance web sites to find quotes from over 50 insurers. The quotes are pulled together and presented on one web page for easy comparison.
The online insurance finder is looking for more insurance partners to sign up to the service.
Insurers that wish to have their names revealed on searches will, after a few weeks of free service, have to sign an agreement to pay for `click throughs' from the site.
Quotes from companies without this agreement will still appear but the names of the companies will be hidden.
Users will, however, be able to access these hidden insurers by paying a small pay-per-view charge.
Companies whose quotes are available to consumers include Admiral, AXA and Eagle Star.
