Two intermediaries each won £3,000 of Thomas Cook Worldwide holiday vouchers from Zurich Personal Finances in a national competition to encourage policy retention.

There were more than 50,000 entries for the competition, which required ZPI policyholders to simply return an entry form to the insurer if they renewed their policy.

Two policyholders, Elizabeth Waim and Andrew Fettis, were drawn out of a hat to win brand new cars - a Rover 25. While their intermediaries, Robert Southerden of CV Southerdens in Slough and Colin Shortell of CD Shortell in Petersfield, won holiday vouchers without lifting a finger.

"We are delighted to be able to reqard both our intermedairies and existing customers in one go, we appreciate their support," said Graham Primett, regional development manager for ZPI.
