Wellington Underwriting said valid acceptances have been
received for 51,860,555 shares, representing 69.9%, in its open offer.
A further 74,360,501 shares were placed by Hoare Govett on a firm basis with existing shareholders and other
institutional investors, it added.
On July 25, Wellington proposed to raise £74.4m in a placing and open offer at 50 pence per share.
