First Ireland Risk Management has completed the acquisition of Pat Mee Insurances, a medium-sized general insurance brokerage with an emphasis on commercial customers.
John Roe, executive chairman of First Ireland, said the acquisition was the first of several that First Ireland have been contemplating and that he was particularly pleased to conclude the deal as the "fit" between the companies was ideal.
