International facility services company, ISS, has acquired damage restoration firm, Rainbow franchise network.

The organisation will fit into the existing ISS Damage Control structure, complementing the commercial sector arm: ISS Ark and General.

ISS Damage Control managing director Rodger Arneil said: "Being part of a larger organisation, franchisees can anticipate access to the latest IT solutions, enhancing their service by offering to include mould removal, and the latest in ventilation systems and dehumidification techniques."

ISS managing director Melvin Lusty said: "The UK Rainbow operation will be part of the ISS Group which operates in 38 countries worldwide. Our franchise network coupled with the expertise offered by ISS provides confidence to loss adjusters, insurers and homeowners."
