ISS Ark & General and The Bahrain National Holding Company (BNH) have signed an agreement which will see BNH representing ISS in the Gulf region.
The deal gives ISS access to Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar.
Sonny Nielsen, Executive Managing Director of ISS said: "ISS are delighted to be entering a new market. The agreement with Bahrain National Holding Company will allow ISS to flex its muscle and make a real impact on the way disaster recovery is carried out in the region."
Patrick Irwin, General Manager, Bahrain National Holding Company said: "ISS's status as a global player, already operating in 38 other national markets, was attractive to us."
The ISS teams operating in the Gulf region will utilise new technology to be the first on the scene of disasters. The company plans to cut claim costs significantly by relaying time information to loss adjusters and insurers by using mobile phones and laptops.
