Call 24-7 is implementing a new claims handling system, ICE Claims.
IT-Freedom has been awarded the five-year contract following an extensive tending process.
ICE Claims is expected to deliver:
• Web-based application
• Smooth transition from existing systems to ensure no interruption to service levels
• Increased speed and efficiency
• Enhanced management information
• Automated sending of documentation by desktop faxing or e-mail
• Pro-active third party claims management
• Automated instruction of repairers, engineers, solicitors and hire companies
• Reduced downtime.
