Coroner says Michael Jackson killed by combination of drugs

Los Angeles county coroner Dr Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran has said Michael Jackson had a lethal level of propofol in his blood and was killed by a combination of sedatives, the Guardian reports.

Jackson's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, is under investigation led by Los Angeles police. He had told police that he had injected Jackson with Propofol just before his death on 25 June.

Los Angeles detective Orlando Martinez has said that Murray admitted to giving the 50-year-old Thriller singer a cocktail of drugs to help him sleep.
