Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) has completed the £3.5m acquisition of Thomas Winter Insurance Brokers.
Thomas Winter, which specialises in housing associations, commercial property and professional firms, will be incorporated into JLT UK¹s existing insurance broking and employee benefit operations.
JLT CEO Dominic Burke said: "Together with Thomas Winter we will create a more potent force in the Thames Valley and Scottish regions, two areas where we have long wanted to develop a greater JLT presence."
