It turned out to be a manic Monday in Manchester at Jardine Lloyd Thompson's office this week when a JCB crashed into the office.
And while the phones continued to operate, the direct subscriber internet lines went down. Rumours that the JCB was deliberately driven through the wall by yet another builder unable to find reasonably priced employers' liability cover are, apparently, entirely untrue.
