Jelf has announced the acquisition of accountancy firm Crowther Beard.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Jelf said no staff had been involved in the deal and the accountancy would be absorbed into its Cheltenham office.
A presence will be maintained at the offices of Crowther Beard in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, it said.
