Bristol-based corporate consultancy Jelf has announced the acquisition of Hampshire-based healthcare adviser Farndale Hammond (Healthwise).
The office, located in Ringwood, adds to Jelf's existing offices in Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Swindon, Taunton, Trowbridge, Wells and Wilmslow.
Alex Alway, group chief executive of Jelf, said: "The Jelf Group has a clearly stated growth policy and the acquisition of businesses that are both culturally and commercially aligned is a key part of that strategy."
