The Jelf Group has acquired the assets of Wiltshire-based, SLF Insurance Services.
Gary Chandler, managing director of Jelf Insurance Services, said: "We are delighted to be in a position to announce the purchase of this successful commercial lines brokerage by the Jelf Group.
"This is a significant development for the group, designed to add further breadth and depth to the Independent Insurance advice we offer to our corporate and private clients."
