Jelf Group has acquired RK Harrison's South West operations.
The announcement was made as the group announced a 20.5% increase in turnover from £4.1m to £4.9m.
The company said it would pay £980,000 for RK Harrison's South West companies over the next 13 months.
Jelf said its listing on the AIM market in October 2004 raised £2.5m to further its acquisition programme in the South West and Wales.
