Shares in Jardine Lloyd Thompson have fallen over 10% this morning as the company announced the termination of a potential bid for rival broker Heath Lambert.
At 10am, shares were down 10.65% to 348p after a stock exchange announcement from the company that read: "JLT wish to advise that the preliminary discussions between JLT and Heath Lambert regarding a potential bid by JLT for Heath Lambert have now been terminated."
