Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) has strengthened its transport risk division with the appointment of Luis Higgins as national transport director, based in London.
The transport risks division includes cover for bus and coach, logistics, fleet, heavy, light, rail and mass transit. JLT said Higgins' main objective would be to develop the areas of passenger transport and haulage.
Higgins has more than 10 years experience in passenger transport, said JLT. His most recent position was with Stagecoach, based in the US.
