Carrie Hoey and Andrew Spice join Keoghs

Legal claims advisor Keoghs has appointed Carrie Hoey and Andrew Spice to its senior team.

Hoey, previously an associate at Halliwells, joins Keoghs as a partner specialising in disease claims relating to asbestos exposure, deafness, hand-arm vibration syndrome and other work-related illnesses.

Spice joins from Royal Mail Group and will have responsibility at board level for Keoghs’ business development, marketing and product development strategies.

Keoghs chief executive John Whittle said: “Our disease team handles a broad spectrum of work – both in terms of the conditions involved and the value of claims – and Carrie’s breadth of expertise will be a real asset.

“Andrew brings 20 years of experience in growing business and has proven his ability in roles with public and private sector organisations."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
