Kerry London has completed its second acquisition in a month, acquiring construction specialist Regent Insurance Services Ltd.
Kerry London director Paul Samways said Regent's eight staff had moved from its Acton-based office into Kerry London's Isleworth headquarters.
Samways said Regent had premium income of £7m.
On 1 May, Kerry London acquired Watford-based AWR Insurance Services, with premium income of just under £5m. At the time, Samways said the acquisition was the first of three set to boost its premium income by £15m.
Samways said Kerry London had another acquisition pending that would be integrated into its Watford office.
