Lloyd's insurer Kiln has appointed David Woods as a non-executive director.
Woods is a former chief executive of The Scottish
Provident Institution, chairman of Royal Liver Assurance and a fellow of The Institute of Actuaries.
Kiln will be hoping to benefit from Woods' experience
of financial services, when he takes up his appointment on 1 August 2003.
