Last week Insurance Times reported that Kiln could be facing a loss of $70m in relation to a reinsurance dispute with Aon-subsidiary Combined Insurance Company of America.
Information subsequently provided by Kiln shows that if the court case goes against it, it could lead to a cost to Kiln of approximately $250,000.
